چکیده
The growth of liver tests in the second half pregnancy is most often caused by two reasons - Intrahepatic Cholestasis (ICP) and rarely diagnosed Drug-Induced Liver Injuries (DILI). In Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)-induced pregnancies that are accompanied powerful drug support, incidence drug-induced cholestasis increases. This due to combined use gestagens other drugs have hepatotoxic potential for prevention miscarriage. article reveals risks IVF, which performed women late reproductive age, multiple pregnancies, somatic pathology, thrombophilia forced polypharmacy. presents an analysis clinical observation a pregnant woman as result who developed acute hepatitis against background polypharmacy, its examination according criteria European Association Study (EASL) RUCAM algorithm. author believes limitation scale manifested insufficient consideration effect polypharmacy on development DILI. According author, it necessary differentiate DILI from ICP connection with peculiarities management tactics, despite their probable genetic affinity laboratory similarities. suggests during reservoir subsequent chronic diffuse diseases women. this regard, such patients need therapist 6-12 months after childbirth.

Drug-induced liver injury.
Drug-induced liver injury is a frequent cause of hepatic dysfunction. Reliably establishing whether the liver disease was caused by a drug requires the exclusion of other plausible causes and the search for a clinical drug signature. The drug signature consists of the pattern of liver test abnormality, the duration of latency to symptomatic presentation, the presence or absence of immune-mediat...

Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is common and nearly all classes of medications can cause liver disease. Most cases of DILI are benign, and improve after drug withdrawal. It is important to recognize and remove the offending agent as quickly as possible to prevent the progression to chronic liver disease and/or acute liver failure. There are no definite risk factors for DILI, but pre-existing ...

Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) remains the most common cause of acute liver failure (ALF) in the western world. Excluding paracetamol overdose, nearly all DILI encountered in the clinical setting is idiosyncratic in nature because affected individuals represent only a small proportion of those treated with such drugs. In many cases, the mechanism for idiosyncrasy is immune-mediation and is of...

متن کاملDrug-Induced Liver Injury After Soy Protein Supplement Use
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is an important and often elusive cause of iatrogenic hepatic injury which complicates its recognition and treatment. We describe a rare case of severe liver injury in a previously healthy individual associated with a commonly used and reportedly safe soy protein powder supplement. Discontinuation of the supplements and initiation of ursodeoxycholic acid provide...
